Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. Jessica has been an employee of Advocates since 2016. Currently, Jessica is the Co-Response Jail Diversion Clinician in Shrewsbury. Prior to this role, Jessica worked for Advocates Psychiatric Emergency Services as an on-site clinician at Marlborough Hospital in the Emergency Department. She has also worked as a Mental Health Technician at Lowell General Hospital – Saints Campus in the Emergency Department. During her studies, she interned at Advocates Psychiatric Emergency Services. While in graduate school, Jessica was employed as a Care Coordinator supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders and substance use disorders to secure housing, benefits and accessing providers.
