Jenelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Roger Williams University. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Forensic and Counseling Psychology from William James College. Currently, Jenelle is the Assistant Program Director of the Co-Response Jail Diversion Program at Advocates. She is responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight to the Co-Response Jail Diversion Program’s daily operations. Additionally, she provides support and guidance to the co-responding clinicians, supervisors, and law enforcement agencies we partner with. Prior to this, Jenelle worked as a Unit Director of a Forensic Unit at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA working with civilly committed and state inmate sexual offenders. Her responsibilities within this role included overseeing all clinical services, as well as providing ongoing assessments, individual treatment plans, group psychotherapy, and forensic evaluations.
