Courtney received her master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health/Mental Health from Salem State University. She earned her bachelor's degree in Human Services with minors in psychology and sociology. Currently, Courtney is one of two Co-Response clinicians at the Marlborough Police Department. She has previously served as the evening Co-Response clinician in Lowell. Prior to working at Advocates, Courtney worked as a clinician at Souza Baranowski Correctional Center for several years providing ongoing therapy and crisis support to incarcerated men. She has an extensive background working with adults with mental health and substance use diagnoses in a variety of settings including corrections, residential, psychiatric emergency services, and crisis stabilization.
