Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University, graduating summa cum laude. She has over a decade of experience in the mental health and crisis intervention field and has demonstrated unwavering commitment. Caitlin's expertise includes coaching and supervising crisis counselor volunteers for suicide prevention hotlines and supporting the 988 initiative. During her internship at a domestic violence agency, Caitlin served as a Crisis Intervention Specialist providing one-on-one therapy, court advocacy, and crisis management support to survivors of domestic violence. Caitlin actively contributes as a member of RAINN's Speakers Bureau, where she coordinates speeches to raise awareness and prevention of sexual violence. Caitlin sat on a Boston community hub, collaborating closely with the Boston Police Department, Department of Mental Health, and other agencies to provide wraparound services to those in need. This diverse background uniquely positions her as a vital asset to the Hudson/Sudbury Jail Diversion Co-Response Clinician Team where her skills and compassion contribute to positive outcomes in crisis situations.
