Dear Advocates Community,
We are pleased to announce that Advocates will be entering into an affiliation with Family Continuity, a well-known and widely respected human service agency based in Lawrence, MA.
Family Continuity provides mental health and substance use services to 10,000 children, adults, and families across Eastern and Central Massachusetts. We know them well as a valued partner in our Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program and have high regard for their work. Our mission and values are aligned, and we have many services in common such as outpatient clinics, peer supports and recovery coaching, and family support.
We believe our partnership will strengthen the communities in which we work together by providing culturally responsive, person and family-centered services addressing a broad range of behavioral health needs.
The future of behavioral health service delivery in Massachusetts is changing dramatically. This partnership will help us achieve our strategic goals and ensure our sustainability well into the future. Together, we will have greater influence and impact on the evolving health and human services system. We will have more opportunities for service expansion, exploring growth, and providing the best services to meet the changing needs of people we support and the expectations of our funders.
