The Relapse Prevention Group is a group geared towards helping individuals discuss and develop coping skills to prevent relapse. This group is well suited for adults 18 and up who struggle with substance use or maintaining sobriety.
Attendees will have a safe and supportive environment to learn everything from coping skills to identifying triggers, goal setting, and health and wellness, with the overall intent of preventing relapse.
How to Enroll
To enroll or make a referral, contact Vanessa Murray (978) 772-1846. There will be a brief screening for eligibility; most referrals are eligible.
Admission is rolling - participants may start at any time.
With a written request, attendance verification forms can be faxed directly to other agencies. Participants can be referred for additional screenings and assessments as needed.
