Chronic pain does not just affect a person physically, but also psychologically, financially, and relationally. Managing chronic pain can be particularly challenging and often isolating. This group will offer support, education, and tools to help you cope with chronic pain. We will: build a community of understanding, provide scientifically supported pain specific techniques to help manage the physical and emotional effects of chronic pain, problem solve as a group on ways to decrease pain and increase functioning, and discuss issues such as depression, anxiety and stress that so often accompany chronic pain conditions.
