Anger Management

In this 10-week group, participants will learn concrete strategies for making healthier decisions around anger management. The group reviews an approach that recognizes anger as an opportunity for healing and growth. Distress tolerance, relaxation, assertiveness skills, healthy boundaries, emotional awareness, and cognitive restructuring are also addressed.
