Pat Vinter is a social worker who spent her career in the public sector in Massachusetts at the Department of Mental Health and the State House. She is a Membership Chair of the Boston Ward 5 Democratic Committee, a Member of the PACE (Political Action for Candidate Election) Committee of the Massachusetts NASW (National Association of Social Workers), and a Persimmon Society member of the YW Boston.
Pat graduated with an MSW degree in Community Organization, Management and Planning from the Boston University School of Social Work and is an alumnus of the LeadBoston class of 2011. She joined the Advocates board in 2011. Since leaving work full-time, Pat has devoted her efforts to the support of various social service programs and active political work.
