Charlene Jacobs currently serves as facility practice specialist in the Achievements in Clinical Excellence (ACE) program with United Behavioral Health (UBH). In this role, she works with facilities across the United States in presenting performance metrics. Previously, she managed hospital contracting and network development in the North East for UBH. Prior to joining UBH in 1999, she worked in a clinical role with Magellan Health Services. Charlene's background includes more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health across varied treatment settings and functions. Her involvement has included direct inpatient care, care management, and delivering on-site critical incident stress debriefing for clients.
Charlene completed her undergraduate education at Clark University in Worcester and earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology at Framingham State College. She has been a member of Advocates’ Board of Directors since 2004.
